We’ll gather at the beach for sunrise. We’ll honour the experiences and lessons of the past year, we’ll reflect and review and we’ll let go. We’ll be supported by nature - the ocean, the sun, the new moon and our breath.

This will involve a breathwork experience facilitated by a trained and qualified instructor, followed by a series of practices designed to support you in making space for what dreams you’re bringing to life in 2025.
